Modern production technology makes the lead time relatively short (7-14 days). In order to meet customers' expectations, we realize orders from MQO +/- 2000pcs for aluminum platinums* and from MQO 10kg for pharmaceutical blister foils.

* The final minimum order quantity depends on the type and shape of the aluminum platinums ordered, and does not apply to printed platinums.

Pharmaceutical industry

Aluminum foil for pharmaceutical blisters is mainly used for sealing dry forms of medicines (dragees, tablets). We offer Flexographic printed aluminum foil for pharmaceutical blisters The printing is done with Flexo UV Low Migration inks

ALUMINIUM PLATINES are used to close products using high temperature sealing. In our offer you will find platinums, made of aluminum foil of various shapes and sizes, designed for PS, PP, PVC, PE, PET, PET-G packaging and glass jars. This type of platinums is most popular in the cosmetic, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Each aluminum lid is moletized, i.e. has one of 4 available structures:

Moleting is one of the stages of die-cutting platins and is an indispensable part of them. In addition, at the request of the customer, platinums can be printed with full graphics or only with the company logo. Graphic possibilities are many, and our platinums are small works of art. Aluminum platinums are compatible with all our sealing machines.

Induction
lids

INDUCTION Lids is our additional business. They are used for sealing products by induction. Induction platinums are permanently bonded layers of several materials. Sealing in this case is carried out using an induction field. The platinum is also heated and induction sealing takes place as a result of pressure on the package.

Punchouts

We offer a wide range of die-cuts, diversified in terms of diameters as well as shapes. Currently, the smallest diameter we make is platinum ø20, and the largest ø200. We specialize in non-standard shapes - we are able to make any shape. We invite you to familiarize yourself with our current offer of punches.

Printing

We perform printing on platinum and aluminum foil. You can use flexographic or digital printing methods. The flexographic method is the most commonly used printing technique, which uses relief printing forms. It is versatile, durable and resistant to damage, dirt or heat. The digital method is an alternative to the flexographic method. It is used for both small, medium and large production runs.

Stapling

We perform die-cutting of aluminum platings on entrusted material (aluminum foil). It can be unprinted foil, as well as having a print (in both cases, we perform die-cutting with our die-cutting machines).

Slitter cutting

We perform professional cutting of entrusted material (aluminum foil) on a slitter. Cutting is carried out after determining the width of the material cuts into smaller rolls.

Overprinting on entrusted material

We also carry out printing on the material provided (aluminum foil), without die cutting. We offer single-color overprinting or, according to the sent and accepted pattern, graphic overprinting of platypus.
